Artificial intelligence is everywhere—yet women are falling behind in adopting it.
According to Deloitte, in the UK (2024), 43% of men had adopted generative AI vs 28% of women. This gap isn’t due to lack of interest or intelligence—it’s often about confidence, exposure, and having the right support to get started.
That’s exactly what this workshop is designed to change.

Use ChatGPT for writing, planning, and more
Apply AI in your work or personal life—even if you’re “not technical”
Meet Your Host
Hi! I’m Victoria Olsina, an AI Marketing & SEO Consultant working across FinTech, Web3, and fast-growing startups. I help founders and teams build custom AI tools to scale their operations and simplify their lives.
I’m also a woman who does it all—consulting, comedy, creative projects, and business-building across three continents. So this workshop comes from real experience, not theory.
Who’s It For?
This session is ideal for women who:
Feel overwhelmed by their to-do list
Want to get started with AI, but don’t know where to begin
Need practical tools that actually save time
Are ready to work smarter, not harder
You don’t need a tech background. You just need curiosity—and maybe a little backup.
Let’s close the AI gap, one practical step at a time.

Why do fewer women use AI, and what does it cost us? algorithmic bias and data privacy concerns?
Heard the stat? In the UK, 43% of men have adopted Gen AI, but only 28% of women. Sure, part of it’s tech access—but it’s a lot about perception at work. If a woman uses AI, she’s sometimes seen as less competent, even though men do exactly the same. Classic, right?
The kicker: we’re expected to do more, do it better, and do it manually. But automation is supposed to help most those who already handle the bulk of the “busy work.” Want the solution? It’s not waiting for the world to change. It’s learning how to train AI tools to talk, work, and joke like you—so nobody can tell the difference.
- Deloitte found almost double the uptake for men vs women in using generative AI tools at work
- Corporate environments reward “the grind” but still judge women for streamlining (make that make sense)
- AI is only as good as how you train it to sound—otherwise, it spits out generic, robotic waffle
How do you make ChatGPT (or any generative tools) sound like you with machine learning?
Sick of AI that writes like it just swallowed a corporate memo? Stop settling for “in the rapidly changing world of…” and give it some real instruction.
- Start with custom instructions: Tell your bot about your tone, no meaningless buzzwords, and use UK spelling (add “use plain English, call out jargon, don’t use emojis” etc.)
- Bring your own personality: Upload previous work—blog posts, emails, jokes, even complaints if you’re as keen on getting refunds as I am
- Use custom instructions in ChatGPT Plus, or train your bot to remember your quirks (be fierce, ban corporate nonsense)
- Choose a name if you want—sometimes my bots use my alter ego “Hugo” to get important tasks done (the system treats him better—sad, but useful)
Example:
“I trained a bot to write formal complaints and cite actual UK consumer law. I also have a custom bot for LinkedIn posts based on my previous best-performing formats—now it sounds like me, not a soulless robot. For every client, repeat the process: train, drop files in, tweak instructions, get your life back.”
What can custom GPTs with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini actually do for your business or side hustle? Check trends and insights.
Think automation is just for tech bros? Here’s exactly how I use custom GPT bots any woman can copy, whether you run events, write jokes, or do freelance gigs.
- Draft proposals from meeting transcripts using AI tools (Fireflies or Google Meet, pop transcript in, bot writes a two-pager)
- Generate and escalate complaints with templates and legal references using generative AI—my “Karen” GPT has clawed back plenty of refunds
- Social media content multipliers with Everyday AI: turn one video or transcript into posts for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletters in minutes
- Ethical AI compliance checks for regulated industries like the non-profit sector: upload docs and get instant “what you can/can’t say” guidance in the right format
- Create bots that match very different writing styles: want a “crypto bro” post vs an academic one? Give samples, train two bots, switch at will
The power move: Everything you train, you can share or keep private. No more copy-paste between apps and platforms—link your software and pull in data directly. I trained bots per-client, so each output matches their style and product details. That’s how you stop sounding generic (and avoid getting caught out).
Practical AI: What are the practical steps to making AI part of your workflow?
Let’s get real: even the best bots need a clear prompt, not “get me lunch” ambiguity. Use the CLEAR framework for every brief:
- Context: What’s the situation? What are you trying to achieve?
- Length: Exactly how long should the output be?
- Examples: Include best samples or templates from your own archives
- Audience: Spell out who it’s for
- Role: Define who the LLMs should “act like” (breezy event planner, expert SEO, witty comedian—choose your character)
Small tweaks, big results:
- Combine long-lasting chat threads with topic-specific bots for context and memory
- Fork conversations in ChatGPT Plus alongside Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot to try different approaches without losing the original
- Use project folders and the new “projects” feature in ChatGPT to keep clients, topics, or channels straight—and let bots access each other’s instructions
How do you get from ideas to execution with AI agents, even if your brain never slows down?
If you’re anything like me (HD, multi-project chaos, too many ideas), here’s how I bridge the gap between inspiration and action:
- I train bots as “second brains”—custom GPTs for sales, comedy, client emails, content briefs, even proposals
- Every tool gets its own context, files, and samples—so LinkedIn doesn’t sound like Twitter, and my jokes stay funnier than the bot’s dad jokes. Perfect for nonprofits and not-for-profit teams
- I use automation platforms like make.com with Google NotebookLM to stitch it all together: blog content from YouTube videos, auto-publish to the site, cross-post everywhere, all hands-free
- The end goal: AI becomes the gasoline to your fire, not another task on the to-do list

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make responsible AI tools like ChatGPT sound less robotic?
Train your human-centred AI with samples from your own writing, set clear custom instructions (“use punchy, direct language, avoid jargon”), and regularly update its knowledge base. Tools like ChatGPT Plus let you control tone and “memory” for better results.
What if I don’t have enough previous content to train a custom bot? Try my free workshop
No problem: start with clear instructions and industry templates that match your desired voice, then build a sample library as you go. Even five strong examples are better than none, and you can always refine your bot with new content.
Can I train a custom GPT to handle specific tasks like proposals or compliance?
Absolutely. Upload proposals, transcripts, or compliance guides directly, specify output format (like tables or checklists), and test for accuracy. Custom bots excel at repeatable, structured work across industries.
Is AI safe for handling sensitive client data, like in finance or legal?
For highly confidential data, use local or enterprise-grade AI, not public versions. Always keep a “human in the loop”—verify generated outputs for accuracy and legal compliance before sending anything externally.
What tools like Power BI should I link together for full content automation?
Start with ChatGPT, Google Suite or Notion for knowledge management, Fireflies for transcripts, and make.com for workflows. Connect your podcast, blog, YouTube, and social channels for end-to-end publishing. Custom bots can trigger tasks and keep your brand consistent.
