Build practical AI capability across your organisation
Corporate AI skills training helps non-technical teams use AI confidently in real work. Sessions are built around your roles, approved tools and examples.
- Choose suitable tools and recognise when human judgement is essential
- Write clear briefs and evaluate AI-generated answers
- Create useful documents, presentations, research summaries and analyses
- Build reusable prompts, templates and workflows
- Work within your organisation’s information-handling and review policies
Participants practise on agreed tasks and leave with resources they can reuse. No coding background is required.

Turn individual experimentation into shared working practices
Teams often experiment with AI without a shared approach. Outputs vary, staff repeat the same work and managers lack a clear way to assess quality.
- Agree where AI can support each role
- Give staff a consistent method for prompting and reviewing
- Identify tasks where AI is unsuitable or requires specialist oversight
- Make useful workflows repeatable across the team
- Define practical next steps for adoption after the workshop
Training focuses on capability your team can apply, with human accountability built into the workflow.

How the AI Training Works
1. AI foundations, prompting and critical review
Build a shared foundation for using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, subject to your organisation’s approved-tool policy.
- Give AI clear context, tasks, constraints and output formats
- Check sources, calculations, assumptions and missing information
- Recognise hallucinations and inappropriate uses
- Handle confidential information according to internal policy
Outcome: a repeatable method for briefing AI and reviewing its output.

2. Role-specific tasks and reusable workflows
Apply AI to tasks selected with your team before training.
- Leadership: briefings, meeting preparation and decision-support summaries
- Sales: proposals, account research and client communications
- Operations and administration: procedures, documents and recurring reports
- Finance and other specialist teams: structured analysis exercises with expert review
Outcome: reusable templates and workflows adapted to each role, with clear review points.

3. Team standards and an adoption plan
- Document the workflows and templates your team will keep using
- Agree quality criteria, human review and ownership
- Select manageable use cases for further practice
- Identify where technical, legal or security input is needed
- Define how to assess usefulness, time spent and output quality
Outcome: an actionable next-step plan for embedding AI into everyday work.

Corporate AI Training Delivered
Banking and Corporate Teams in Albania: Rebooked After the First Programme
Victoria Olsina delivered a one-day corporate AI training programme for participants from BKT, Credins Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, Raiffeisen Bank, BKT Kosova and Inter Trade & Distribution, organised by Network Tribe.
The group mixed roles across sales, administration, operations and specialist functions. Participants wanted more time to practise, so the organiser rebooked the programme as two in-person days in Tirana for October 2026.
Dedienne Aerospace Middle East: In-Person Custom AI Tools Workshop
Dedienne Aerospace Middle East hosted Victoria Olsina for an in-person workshop in September 2025.
The session covered AI for everyday tasks, then showed custom AI tools Victoria Olsina had built for marketing operations, so the team could see what is possible beyond basic prompting. The team kept the presentation and a recording as reference.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What is corporate AI skills training?
Corporate AI skills training teaches non-technical teams to use AI tools for the work they already do: research, analysis, documents, presentations and recurring reports. Victoria Olsina runs it as hands-on sessions built around each team’s roles, approved tools and review standards, so people leave with reusable prompts and workflows rather than general tips.
Why do teams choose Victoria Olsina for AI training?
Victoria Olsina has delivered corporate AI training for Dedienne Aerospace Middle East, Algocyte and teams from BKT, Credins Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, Raiffeisen Bank and BKT Kosova, with a repeat booking for the banking programme. She also builds AI workflows for clients, so the training reflects how AI is used in real work, not tool demos.
Is this AI training suitable for non-technical teams?
Yes. No coding is needed. The programme is built for leadership, sales, operations, administration, finance and HR teams who use standard office tools. Exercises use everyday tasks such as summarising research, drafting documents, preparing presentations and checking figures, so participants practise on work that looks like their own.
Do teams need prior AI experience?
No. Sessions are scoped for beginners, regular users or mixed groups. Newcomers start with clear briefing and output review, while experienced users move on to role-specific workflows and shared templates. The starting level is agreed during scoping, so nobody spends the session on material they already know or cannot yet follow.
Can training be adapted for regulated industries?
Yes. Banking and financial services teams are among Victoria Olsina’s training clients. Scope, tools and exercises are agreed with the relevant owners, sessions can use approved or sanitised materials, and the programme covers output checks and information handling. Your legal, security and compliance policies remain the basis for which tools and workflows are approved.
Is this hands-on or presentation-based?
Hands-on. Participants work through exercises on their own tasks, review the outputs together and build a set of prompts, templates and workflows they keep after the session. Short explanations introduce each technique, but most of the time is spent practising rather than watching slides.
Can this be customised per team?
Yes. Each programme starts with a scoping call to agree participants, roles, objectives and approved tools. Exercises are then built around the departments attending, so a sales team, a finance team and a leadership group each practise on examples drawn from their own work. Duration and format are confirmed in the proposal.
